Some conventional methods of sectioning of pressure pipeline system in analysis on water hammer are briefly introduced; in which the wave velocity method is emphatically studied and the shortcomings of this method are pointed out, and then a corresponding modified method is put forward.

The result was found that the adjustment speed of insider ownership is significantly positively associated with information asymmetry, significantly negatively associated with the number of insiders and market timing.
