A new cold and warm controller mainframe is researched and designed on Peltier effect and semiconductor refrigeration technique,and in it the energy transition system is composed by double inner-cycle cold-saved semiconductor exchanger,semiconductor energy groupware,dispelling heat system and electron control circuit and so on.
