In order to measure and evaluate aggregates surface texture quantitatively,and make a further study of asphalt mixture performance influenced by aggregates surface texture,laser profilometer was designed based on reflective fiber senor method.
为定量测量和评定集料表面纹理状况,以进一步研究集料表面纹理对沥青混合料性能的影响,基于反射式光纤传感法设计了激光轮廓仪,并采用该仪器对6种不同集料的表面纹理进行了直接测量。

Seven kinds of surface textures for coarse aggregates were measured directly by using laser profilometer.
采用激光轮廓仪测量了7种不同粗集料的表面纹理曲线,应用结构函数法分析了粗集料表面纹理的分形特性,采用特征粗糙度综合表征了粗集料表面纹理的粗糙度、形状和坡度特性,并考察了特征粗糙度对沥青混合料性能的影响。

In order to effectively evaluate the remarkably influence of the roughness of aggregate surface texture on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture,nine different aggregate surface textures were measured directly by using laser profilometer,then the textures were divided into micro-textures and macro-textures by using profile filter method.
为了有效评价集料表面纹理粗糙程度对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,采用激光轮廓仪直接测量了9种不同集料的表面纹理轮廓曲线,通过轮廓滤波方法将其划分为宏观纹理和微观纹理,并应用几何统计方法,以算术平均偏差、算术平均波长和轮廓偏斜度为评价指标,对其表面纹理粗糙度进行了定量评定。

In this study,the surface roughness Rq of base paper with/without high yield pulp during roughening was measured by optical profiler and stylus profiler,the spectral analysis method was also used.
