Xuzhou New-source Power Plant of the State Grid carried out technical reconstruction to the hydrogen cooler of the 220 MW generator,eliminating the long-existing problem of the overheating of the generator intake gas in summer time.

This paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of improving Russian hydrogen leakage on-line monitor in the generator hydrogen cooling system of unit 1,and the operation,the calibration and the maintenance of the devices improved.
