前卫古镇
前卫古镇，现为辽宁省葫芦岛市绥中县前卫镇，位于102国道北侧，东距绥中县城25公里，西距山海关35公里，为辽西走廊历史上较早建制的文明古镇，曾经是重要的军事重镇。在唐贞观十年（公元636年）成为瑞州，设置来远县，到辽代改为来州来宾县，到金代改为宗州，为归德军节度史治所。明朝时期成为广宁前屯卫，设置比宁远卫早35年。清光绪时设置绥中县后，前卫镇归绥中县管辖至今。千百年来，绥中县前卫古镇历经无数次战火的洗礼已经失去了原有的风貌，剩下残砖断瓦。著名景点有被称为世界第一斜塔的“前卫斜塔”。
