性质:与尖晶石结构类同,但A,B离子所处的位置和配位关系完全相反,故名。这类结构中O2-离子与尖晶石结构中情况相同,呈立方紧密堆积,A2+离子和半数B3+离子处于八面体空隙中,而余下的一半B3+离子处于四面体空隙中。整个结构可写作,式中IV和VI为配位数。常见的反尖晶石化合物有:Fe3+,(Fe2+,Fe3+)O4,(即Fe3O4)、Fe(MgFe)O4,Zn(SnZn)O4、Fe(NiFe)O4等,这些晶体具有铁氧体磁性,在电子陶瓷中有广泛应用。
