一种发射干扰电磁波使敌方射弹（导弹、炮弹、航空炸弹）上的无线电引信提前引爆或失效的电子设备。通常由侦察接收机、干扰发射机、中央控制显示单元、天线和电源等组成。侦察接收机用于截获、分析、识别无线电引信信号，中央控制显示单元根据侦察接收机提供的信号参数确定干扰样式，控制干扰发射机工作。由于无线电引信一般只在射弹距目标数百米时才开机工作，而干扰又必须在射弹进入有效杀伤区之前引爆战斗部，才能有效地保护目标，因此，要求无线电引信干扰机必须具有极短的反应时间。为了达到既干扰敌人又保存自己的目的，最好采用副瓣干扰和多方位背景干扰。其发展趋势是扩展频段、综合采用多种干扰样式、提高反应速度、提高自适应干扰能力等。
