  J jaoshoujja脚手架(s caftold)保证施工材料、机具运输和施工人员通行以及进行正常操作所设置的临时支架。 脚手架的种类很多,按用途分为砌筑脚手架、装修脚手架和支撑(负荷)脚手架等;按搭设位置分为外脚手架和里脚手架;按使用材料分为木脚手架、竹脚手架和金属脚手架;按构造型式分为多立杆式、框组式、碗扣式、桥式、吊挂式、排式以及其它工具式脚手架等。不论哪种脚手架,均需满足以下条件:(l)工人操作、材料堆放和运输等使用要求。(2)有足够的承载能力和稳定的结构。(3)搬运和装拆方便,可多次重复使用。(4)有适当的安全储备(一般取安全系数为3.0),能适应荷载变化需要。(5)适应多层作业、交叉流水作业要求,减少多次搭设。(6)有可靠的安全防护措施,如挡板、围栏、防滑梯、安全网等。 目前工程上常用的脚手架有:杉杆或竹杆脚手架、螺栓连接的钢管脚手架、扣件式钢管脚手架、悬吊式脚手架、定型门式脚手架以及移动式脚手架等。 杉木或竹杆脚手架采用杉杆或竹杆作立杆和横杆,用麻绳、铁丝或竹蔑绑扎成空间构架,横杆上铺以木或竹脚手板,以供施工人员行走、操作。杉木或竹杆脚手架的构造形式有单排和双排两种,但竹杆脚手架一般只采用五步以下、荷载较轻的单排结构。 螺栓连接的钢管脚手架由立管、横管、斜管、套管和螺栓、底座组成。立管、斜管和横管通过节点套管和螺栓在空间互相连接,组成格构式组合柱,根据需要可组成单孔、双孔、四孔、五孔及其复合柱,也可组成空间托架。组合柱的负荷和自重通过底座传到地基。螺栓连接的钢管脚手架的承载力大,经久耐用,20世纪60年代曾被广泛用于烟囱等工程,但其连接节点的孔距加工精度要求较高,组装尺寸不能任意变动,适用范围受到限制,已逐渐被扣件式钢管脚手架所代替。 扣件式钢管脚手架由直径48mm钢管和专用“万向”扣件组装而成。钢管接长采用对接扣件(图1)。扣件式钢管脚手架适应性强,搭设方便,坚固耐用,可用作各种类型建筑物的脚手架、井架和上料平台,也可用作钢模板的支承系统,是目前应用较为广泛的一~咏节 “/l 鉴礁鞠 〔 图1钢管接长用的对接扣件 a一直角扣件;b一回转扣件;。一对接扣件 中国铁道专业设计院和第三工程局研制的齿碗扣件多功能脚手架是扣件式钢管脚手架的一种,采用的齿碗扣件(图2)可以使横杆与竖杆连接灵活。
