ehongtlonlloo Zhlbel ZldonghUo充填料制备自动化(automa‘ion of filling ma-terial prepar:,tion)对充填材料的制备进行自动检测和调控的技术在胶结充填采矿生产中,一般按配比和浓度的要求,对充填料的搅拌、混合和输送过程实行白动检测、调节和控制其目的是使制成的胶结砂浆的配比和浓度保持规定值·以提高充填体的抗压强度,节约水泥,降低充填成本和提高管道输送效率 充填料制备自动化系统主要包括:(1)工艺参数检测仪表其中靶式流量计或电磁流量计用于检测水或充填料浆的流量:核辐射密度公}用于检测砂浆和充填料浆的浓度;冲击式流量计用于检测粉状水泥的重量:电子皮带秤用于检测砂子的重量;物位检测仪表用于检测水泥仓和搅拌桶的料位;密闭式薄膜压力表用于检测充填管道中的料浆压力,以作出堵管报警反应(2)自动调节装置主要有砂仓卸出砂浆的浓度和流量、水泥定量、搅拌桶料位、灰砂比、混合料浆浓度等调节装置各调节装置均实行单参数定值调节,其比例度、积分常数和微分常数,都根据充填系统的实际情况和核辐射密度计的测量滞后性(约lmln)进行整定,一般多采用凑试法。(3)堵管报警装置 各类型充填料的制备,可采用由上述部分装置或全部装置组成的自动化系统来检测和调整
