Objective To analysis the cause of low vision after small incisions non phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.

The small incision non phacoemulsification cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation were performed on 486 eyes of 486 cases with cataract.

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic emulsification triple surgery of trabeculectomy in combination of ultrasonic emulsification for cataract and intraocular lens implantation,32 cases(35 eyes)of glaucoma compilcated with cataract were treated with this surgery.
