Combined with practical engineering,the author introduces the construction scheme of strengthening stratum combining surface grouting with lead small pipe grouting in tunnel,illustrates its construction technology,and shows by engineering practices that this construction scheme has well construction effect,in order to ensure tunnel construction smoothly crossing shallow section.

This paper the research status of geologic stratum pre-reinforcement technology in the construction of city tunnel is summarized,then the key of the study on geologic strata pre-reinforcement is the stabilities of coverd geologic strata on the tunnel is pointed out.
