性质: 悬浮在液体或气体中的小粒子所作的永不停止的无规运动。由英国人Robert Brown在1827年发现,是粒子受到周围介质、分子热运动的撞击的结果,粒子越小和温度越高,布朗运动越强烈。粒子在作布朗运动时,一方面表现为无规的位移,即平动布朗运动,另一方面又不停地随机转动,即转动布朗运动。
