F闪uo Jiliang Qiiu Guanli Banfo法国《计t器其管理办法》(白切。nA山众泌trat勿nof爪re山阴拜9 Instn山明吧n。，Flance)规定法国计量器具管理和监督的法律制度。经参议院审议通过，1货抖年11月30日以法兰西共和国临时政府法令颁布了法国《计量器具管理办法》。该法主要规定了计童器具的管理和监督机构、型式批准、首次检定、周期检定、监督检查、违法的处罚以及执法程序等内容，把用于贸易结算、安全防护和医疗卫生方面使用的计量器具列人法制计t管理的范围。根据《计量器具管理办法》，法国制定了一些计量法规。计量法规主要是计最技术法规—计量器具检定规程。另有少部分计量行政管理法规。凡列人国家法制计t管理目录的法定计量器具都必须制定检定规程。法国是国际法制计量组织(oIML)的东道国和部分秘书处的负贵国，严格执行国际建议规定并考虑欧洲经济共同体的有关要求。法国已公布的法定计量器具检定规程有so多个。 (王金玉)
