Taking the economic behavior of house purchase as example and using game theory,this paper establishes a signaling game model in the process of house purchasing and discusses some equilibrium strategies in different occasions so as to provide guidance for real house purchasing.

This article gives an analysis of signaling game in e-commerce trade and puts forward some countermeasures to reduce the fraud in e-commerce market.
