螺旋弹簧
用弹簧钢丝绕製成的螺旋状弹簧。螺旋弹簧类型较多﹐按外型可分为普通圆柱螺旋弹簧和变径螺旋弹簧(见图 
螺旋弹簧的类型 )﹔按螺旋线方向可分为左旋弹簧和右旋弹簧。圆柱形螺旋弹簧结构简单﹐製造方便﹐应用最广﹐其特性线为直线﹐可作压缩弹簧﹑拉伸弹簧和扭转弹簧。当载荷大而径向尺寸又有限制时﹐可将两个直径不同的压缩弹簧套在一起使用﹐成为组合弹簧。变径螺旋弹簧有圆锥螺旋弹簧﹑蜗捲螺旋弹簧和中凹形螺旋弹簧等。圆锥螺旋弹簧的缓衝性能较好﹐能承受较大载荷。蜗捲螺旋弹簧能储存较多能量和承受较大载荷﹐但製造工艺较为复杂。中凹形螺旋弹簧的性能与圆锥螺旋弹簧相似﹐多用於坐垫和床垫等。弹簧钢丝的载面有圆形和矩形等﹐以圆形截面最为常用。
