Based on some prior research of e-readiness assessment, this paper puts forward a new e-readiness assessment framework, in view of the characteristics of the construction industry and according to the needs of construction enterprises, to help construction enterprises judge what degree it is ready for e-commerce and in what aspects it needs to improve itself before implementing e-commerce.
