主料：萝卜丝、黄瓜丝、虾仁、鸡蛋丝
配料：鸡蛋清、澄面
制作方法：
1.将澄面用鸡蛋清均匀地刷一遍，煎成薄饼。
2.将所有菜丝包在薄饼中，卷成卷。
3.切段后，可蘸芥茉汁食用。
