扑翼样震颤
肝性昏迷病人出现的一种特有表现。检查时,嘱病人两臂平举、手指分开,腕、掌指关节,甚至肘关节、肩关节可出现不规则、急速而微小的鸟翼样的屈伸运动,每1~2秒一次,多数呈双侧性,但可不对称。扑翼样震颤的出现对诊断肝昏迷及其临床分期有一定参考价值。
