In view of the virtual enterprises characteristics,such as the diversity of members and distribution of cooperative regions,the idea of distributed decisionmaking(DDM) is applied to the management of the virtual enterprises risks,with an organizational-DDM risk management model developed for those virtual enterprises which are in relation to enforced-team.

On the basis of sub-linear delay differential system, the forced sub-linear variable delay differential system under linear impulsive perturbations was discussed,and asymptotic property of solution for this system was studied.
