合缝 将胎子的木板粘合起来。粘合的方法是将法漆抹上木板接口处，拼合成型，再用绦子扎牢后，加一头薄、一头厚的木楔子楔紧。等待干固，解绦去子即成。《琴经》：“凡合缝，用上等生漆，入黄明、胶水调和，挑起如丝，细骨灰拌匀，如饧丝后，涂于缝，用绳缚定，以木楔楔令紧。缝上漆出，随手刮去”。
