According to the determination data of taxol,10-Deacety-BaccatinⅢ and BaccatinⅢ on samples of Taxus yunnanensis plants,and the determination data of Taxus yunnanensis was compared with other species of Taxus.
依据多年来对云南红豆杉林木样品中的紫杉醇以及半合成原料巴卡亭(包括10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ和巴卡亭Ⅲ)含量的测定数据,并与其他红豆杉属树种进行比较,说明云南红豆杉是上述3种有效成分的高含量树种。

The anti-cancer component contents in plant of Taxus yunnanensis such as taxol, baccatin Ⅲ, 10-deacetylbaccatin Ⅲ, cephalomannine, 10-deacety-7-epi-taxol and 7-epi-taxol were analyzed by HPLC.
在藏东南地区林芝县、波密县和察隅县系统采集样品的基础上,通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定了野生云南红豆杉(Taxus yunnanensis)树皮、3年生小枝和当年生叶中紫杉醇、巴卡亭Ⅲ、10-去乙酰巴卡亭Ⅲ、三尖杉宁碱、10-去乙酰-7-表紫杉醇、7-表紫杉醇的含量。
