yoqIJ一zhuanzl eo{I旧。压气机转子材料(materials fo:。ompressorrotor)工作时由叶轮和轴构成的转子要承受各级动叶片和自身的离心力、转子弯曲的交变应力,并要传递扭矩,因而要求材料具有高强度和良好的韧性等性能。现有的重型然气轮机压气机的轮盘和轴广泛应用CrMov或erNIMov等高强度合金结构钢。在航机改型的燃气轮机中,压气机轮盘也采用上述合金结构钢,但在动叶片用钦合金制成的级中,轮盘也广泛使用铁合金。高压缩比压气机的最后几级或末级轮盘则采用Cr、Ni不锈钢甚至镍基合金制造。
