适应症: 具有抗炎、镇痛及解热作用,用于治疗急、慢性类风湿性关节炎及骨关节炎。
用量用法:
口服:每日200~400mg,分3~4次服。开始用小剂量,以后增加剂量直至症状改善为止。应根据病情及临床反应调整剂量。1日剂量不得超过400mg,应使用能控制临床症状的最小剂量。
注意事项:
1.除少数病人可在服药数日后病情得到改善外,一般需2~3周始获最佳疗效。达满意疗效后,再根据病情调整剂量。长期用药应采用小剂量。 2.常见不良反应有胃肠道反应,如腹泻、恶心及腹痛等。其他尚有胃灼热感、厌食、气胀、呕吐、便秘、口炎及胃溃疡,故不宜作为首选药。此外,尚可引起头痛、头昏、皮疹、水肿、荨麻疹、瘙痒、耳鸣、心悸、疲劳、感觉异常、失眠、抑郁、夜尿及味觉紊乱等。 3.与乙酰水杨酸及其它非甾体抗炎药间可能存在交叉过敏性,故对因上述药物引起的支气管痉挛、过敏性鼻炎或荨麻疹的病人不宜使用。 4.孕妇、授乳妇女及儿童不宜用。 5.不宜与乙酰水杨酸合用。 6.可增强法华林的作用,故合用时应减少华法林的剂量。
规格: 胶囊剂:每胶囊50mg;60mg,100mg。
