Analysis of the reason for capacity loss of Si/C anode;

Silicon carbide fiber reinforced silicon oxycarbide(Si-O-C) composites are fabricated via precursor infiltration and pyrolysis using polysiloxane .

The effect of the Si/C ratio on the microstructure ,mechanical propertie and cast behavior of high strength gray cast iron was discussed.

Preparation methods of Si C N nano powder, their advantages and disadvantages,the microstructure of Si N C nano powder and its microstructure transformation under different heat treatments are summarized,and the existing problems and future application prospects are presented.
