Research on return policy of stochastic demanded inventory routing problem in decentralized supply chain

Considering perishable products usually have little salvage,a return policy-marginal return policy is proposad.

Simultaneously traditional theory studied the return policy, which is not considering the economical scale effect and without processing the flaw about cost.

Studying the existing purchasing policy of coal production enterprises and combining with ABC classification,the paper improves and adjusts the existing purchasing policies and gives out the workable solution.

Based on the increasing importance of the purchase management in the companies production and operation activities,the author does some research about the purchase management in the First International Computer Company(FIC for short),analyzes the problems in purchase management,and then provides some solutions such as supply management,tactic procurement and E-procurement.

Through this model, the total cost functions under independent ordering policy,unanimous ordering policy and joint ordering policy are obtained respectively.

By analysing the propertiers of the total cost functions under three different ordering policies,it proposes an approximate optimal ordering policy of multi-product.
