In order to raise the biodegradation value ofβ-lactam antibiotic wastewater,an aerobic phase was simulated with a shaking flask.
为使β-内酰胺环类抗生素生产废水得以有效处理,本研究以该类废水制作分离培养基,采用摇瓶实验模拟好氧曝气阶段,从活性污泥分离、筛选效应菌株,并对其进行鉴定,确定最佳作用条件,验证对该废水有机物的降解效果。

In order to improve the biodegradation efficiency of β-lactam antibiotic production wastewater,the effective degradation strains were screened and isolated from the activated sludge treating this kind of wastewater,and the optimal treatment conditions were studied.
