Taking the upper digging and bottom filling slope in Dishuiya section of Hanglan road as the study object and making use of GLE generalized slices method,the stability calculations were made for the computing schemes with six kinds of different digging slope ratio and six types of horizontal distance between road surface and slip zone soil.

Combined with the practical examples in the construction of ErGuang highway,limit equilibrium method and numerical simulation is applied to design the ratio and analyze the stability of the slopes whose nature slope ratio above is small.
