A stepwise carbochlorination-oxidation process was developed for the rare earth extraction from mixed bastnaesitemonazite concentrate using carbon as reductant, chlorine gas as chlorination agent, SiCl4 gas as defluorination agent, and O2+H2O mixed gas as oxidant.

性质:芳香族氟硼酸重氮盐加热分解脱掉重氮基生成芳香族氟化物的反应。Ar-N2BF4-Ar-F+N2+BFB。芳香族一级胺在氟硼酸(HBF4)存在下重氮化,一般可以得到较高产率的氟硼酸重氮盐,再经氟化脱重氮基反应,即得到芳香族氟化物,是在芳环上引入氟原子的重要方法。如果芳香胺芳环上还有羧基或羟基,则氟化物产率显著降低,这时可用六氟磷酸(HPF6)代替氟硼酸,例如在HPF6存在下邻氨基苯甲酸经重氮化得到六氟磷酸重氮盐,再加热分解,可以得到产率为78%的邻氟苯甲酸。
