Finally,typhoon extreme wind characteristics in several typical civil engineering fields in Shanghai region are simulated using Peak Over Threshold method and generalized Pareto distribution,illustrating distribution rules about gradient wind height,wind profile,extreme wind velocity and gust factor etc.

In the computing method,the techniques of point-by-point integration and averaging schemes with weight are employed,and the effects of the tanker s wake acting on the receiver aircraft are approximated with effective wind components and wind gradients which can be directly used in the receiver s standard motion equations.
