是北京市电子工业系统下属的一所学校，成立于1979年，建校十几年来先后培养了大量大专、中专和技校毕业生。自建校以来，学校的规模不断扩大，教学条件和设备不断完善，学校设有现代化的计算机教室、电工电子技术实验室、专业实习教室和生产实习车间。为社会和企业事单位培养了大批优秀合格人才，毕业生在生产第一线发挥着骨干作用，其中相当一部分人经深造成为初、中、高级技术人员，其中有的担任着领导工作，还有许多人被企业派到国外学习深造，他们的出色表现受到社会的欢迎。
