Aimed at huge investment and more serious environmental pollution afflicting conventional original coke quenching,this paper proposes the coke pressure quenching using water vapor pressure of the coke quenching,offers the comparison with coke wet quenching and coke dry quenching and gives the analysis of the effects of different coke quenchings on pore structure of coke.

Application of Low Water Coke Quenching Technology in the Production;

After adsorption,the wastewater from dust collection process is used for coke quenching,and the coke quenching wastewater is used for wet dust collection after adsorption,thus recycling and zero discharge are realized.
