测定柠檬酸、聚合磷酸钠、骨胶3类缓凝剂对石膏性能的影响,通过不同水化时间的水化率和水化温度测定,研究了缓凝剂对建筑石膏水化过程的影响,采用SEM形貌分析和压汞法孔结构分析研究缓凝剂对石膏硬化体微结构的影响。
补充资料：石头烧汁墨鱼仔
材料：墨鱼仔500克，日本烧汁100克。
制法：
1、将墨鱼仔洗净，用老抽上色，下入油锅炸至金黄色捞起。
2、用蒜茸、椒米、姜米等料起锅把日本烧汁、上汤、米酒注入锅中，调好味，把汗舀起一半放在小碗中待用。
3、放墨鱼仔于锅内，焗至入味，捞起，摆放在预先用锡纸包好的碟中，中间放上焗至火烫的鹅卵石，上桌后，由服务员把小碗中的汁轻轻倒在石头上面即可。
