Recently researches reveal that the normal and transformed myeloid cells at many stages of ontogeny possess the capacity to rapidly acquire many properties of mature DC in response to calcium ionorphore treatment.

The results showed that bull sperm can not tolerated higher than 4 μmol/L ionophore A23187 (exposing 10 minutes) and even die in the basic media (BO, mBWW, TYH, Ham F10+RPMI 1640) and not capacitate in the basi.

This article expounded the characteristics of Ca~(2+) transport system in skeletal muscle cells,the effects of exercise on the Ca~(2+) transport system in plama membrane,sarcoplasmic and mitochonrion,the effect of excessive higher concentration of Ca~(2+) in cytoplasm on the muscle function,in order to provide some references for researching the mechanism of skeletal muscle fatigue.
