小儿偏风 小儿偏风 病证名。又名偏风口噤。指小儿半身不遂，口眼歪斜的证候。《幼科证治准绳》：“若足阳明胃经气虚，风邪所乘，其筋脉偏急者，属外因；若足厥阴肝经风热乘脾，筋脉偏急者，属内因。若脾肺虚弱，腠理不密，外邪所乘……或吐泻后内亡津液，不能养脾，致口眼歪斜，或半身不遂诸证，皆属肝血不足，肝火生风，宜滋肾水养肝血，壮脾土。”因脾胃气虚而风内动者，治宜培土熄风，用异功散加钩藤、桑枝；肝火血燥者，宜柔润熄风，用六味地黄丸；脾肺虚而外邪所乘者，用钩藤饮；津液不足者，治宜益胃生津，用白术散加减。
