性质:又称干扰缓冲剂。原子吸收光谱分析中消除化学干扰时所加入的一种去干扰剂。方法是在试样及标准溶液中都加入过量的干扰元素(即饱和剂)。当达到一定量时,干扰就恒定下来。如测钙时磷酸根干扰,加入后者超过一定量时,干扰就基本恒定。此法并不理想,可降低灵敏度;而且不是经常有效的。
