黑水河发源于广西靖西县,从靖西县岳圩流入越南,在大新县德天村浦汤岛附近复入我国境内,全长150公里。黑水河沿途奇观横生飞渡跨越山涧,人行天桥横卧水面,多级瀑布重重叠叠,河面险象丛生,素有“小山峡”之称。
