性质:由头孢他美羟基甲酯与特戊酰氯缩合而成的第三代肟型口服头孢菌素,为头孢他美的前药。其盐酸盐为白色或类白色结晶性粉末,无臭或稍有特异性气味,味苦。极易溶于甲醇,易溶于乙醇,几乎不溶于水和乙醚。口服后经肠壁或肝脏迅速水解成头孢他美而发挥抗菌作用,对革兰氏阳性及阴性菌有抗菌活性,尤对洋葱假单胞菌有强的活性。抗金葡菌活性较弱,对化脓性链球菌、肺炎球菌的活性比头孢克洛强。抗革兰氏阴性菌活性明显优于头孢克洛,而与头孢特仑酯相似。
