This paper discusses two periods,1993—1998 and 1999—2004,and provides the correlation of FDI,GDP,the imports and exports of foreign-owned enterprises,the overall amount of import and export commodity,and analyzes the trend and causes of the correlation.
本文在分析了八大经济区实际利用国外直接投资(FD I)的水平和特点的基础上,计算了八大经济区在1993—1998年和1999—2004年两个阶段中FD I与GDP、外商投资企业进出口、进出口商品总值的关联度,探讨了关联度变化的原因及趋势,并由此对各经济区今后引资提出了相关的政策建议。

Based on the Chinese economic data from 1991 to 2005,this paper performs an empirical research on the relationship between foreign direct investment(FDI),Research& Development(R&D),human capital and export of hi-tech products.
实证结果说明外国直接投资、研发投入和人力资本与高新技术产品出口之间具有长期均衡关系,且我国高新技术产品出口与外国直接投资有单向因果关系,外国直接投资对高新技术产品出口呈现创造效应;知识要素积累对高新技术产品出口的贡献大于外国直接投资对高新技术产品出口的贡献。

“对外间接投资”的对称。指在国外投入资金或技术，设立工厂，建立原料基地或销售渠道，以获取收益的活动。目前主要以跨国公司到国外独资经营或与东道国合资经营企业的方式进行。
