工作原理:
DWP型属喷射气流带式干燥类型,热风以狭缝流或孔束流向下或上下同时喷向输送带上的物料,由于喷射气带高达15m/s以上,故对流传热的传热膜极薄,传热系数大,干燥速度快。该设备用于不透气类物料时,上面喷射气流仍返回上面,下面喷出的气体仍返出下面,再参与循环。对透气性物料如涂膜布干燥等,也适用于片状物料及一些特殊物料的干燥。如果采用双向气流喷射,板材之类物料干燥后变形小。喷射气流干燥使用热源可以是蒸气、电、热风炉及燃油烟道气等。
应用范围:
喷射气流带式干燥专用设备,比如纸浆干燥一般为S型或M形结构的多层式,大型纸浆模则为单层式。前者输送为吊蓝型,后者为为网带输送型。并且热风温度、循环气体量、湿度、气流速度及气流束形式不为其它物料所通用,实际差别很大。
