In this paper,through description of the present situation of teacher construction for higher vocational college which is the unity of research institute and college,the author analyses the reasons for backbone teachers\' draining and puts forward some solutions by examples and comparisons.
通过对所校合一型高职院校师资队伍建设现状的描述,就骨干教师流失原因进行剖析,通过举例法、比较法等提出若干解决措施,强调了应该通过环境留人、制度留人等综合措施留住骨干教师,推动教学质量全面提高、培养模式全面创新、科研学术水平全面提升、产学研结合办学模式全面深化等建设任务。

This paper analyzes the composition and solid content of oil - bearing sludge in Jin 1 gathering point of Liaohe oilfield, studies the shut - off capacity of emulsion and solid grain of the sludge, and provides the range of grain size and concentration of sludge profile control agent.
本文在分析辽河油田锦一联合站含油污泥组成成分和固相颗粒含量的基础上,采用流变仪和岩心实验方法研究了含油污泥中乳化液及固相颗粒的封堵能力,给出了污泥调剖剂中所加颗粒的粒度和浓度范围。
