Aimed at the application background of on-board video image on the battlefield,through SPIHT and LZC algorithm research,on the basis of LZC algorithm,wavelet coefficients scan mode is changed and on-board image compression coding algorithm NLZC based on the wavelet transform is raised.
针对弹载视频图像在战场中的应用背景,通过对SPIHT算法和LZC算法的研究,在LZC算法的基础上,改变小波系数扫描方式,提出基于小波变换的弹载图像压缩编码算法NLZC。

通过把弹载陀螺输出的旋转角度信号加载到视频图像上进行无线传输,地面站接收视频图像后进行采集,识别出旋转角度并对图像进行反向旋转,实现对弹载视频图像的消旋处理。

设计了将小波变换与边缘检测相结合的方法,实现了对弹丸图像的有效压缩,解决了高速线阵CCD交汇测试中图像数据传输率高且数据量很大而导致的不利于实现前后两级分布式测试系统,以及不便存储和传输等问题。

This paper presents an algorithm of digital watermarks based on the human visual system and the discrete cosine transform(DCT) of images,which uses a black and white image as the watermark and a true color image as the carrier image.
文章提出一种基于视觉系统特性的DCT域彩色图像数字水印算法,将二值图像作为水印,以24位真彩色图像作为载体,对数字水印图像先进行Arnold置乱,然后嵌入到载体图像绿色分量的DCT中频系数中;实验结果表明,该算法具有较好的不可见性和抗攻击性。
