Singular value decomposition method applied to Sichuan Power Grid;

It is very difficult for dispatcher to monitor the stability of Sichuan power grid,because numbers of monitoring are vast and stability control limitation values vary with parameters of power system operating conditions.

After comparing the operation condition of the improved high-voltage disconnecting switch of 110 kV and above with that of the initial one,the defects of the improved switch found in the operation of Sichuan power grid are pointed out,and the improvement suggestions are proposed.
