超声学检查方法之一。经食管放置超声探头,行多普勒超声心动图的检查方法。该法检测二尖瓣和主动脉瓣反流的优点是超声束与血流方向近于平行,可采取高脉冲重复频率;换能器方向不受解剖结构的限制,容易扫查左房和左室流出道,以寻找定位性反流血液。与标准胸前多普勒超声检查相比,该法明显敏感,特别是对轻、中度的反流。
