因此﹐利用一小块已知厚度和热导率的平板做芯板﹐在芯板的两边装上由多支热电偶串接组成的热电堆来测量芯板两面的温度差﹐即可得知热流密度。为了使用方便﹐将芯板和热电堆全部用塑料或橡胶封装﹐并做成各种板状检测头。显示仪表可直接显示热流密度和温度。使用时将检测头敷贴在被测的建筑物﹑炉墙或热管道表面上﹐显示仪表即指示出其表面散热的热流密度和温度﹐从而可知其热量损失(见图 导热式热流计应用示意图
