补充资料:节制闸
用来调节上游水位和控制下泄流量的水闸。建于河道上的节制闸也称拦河闸,通常与进水闸、冲沙闸、船闸等组成水利枢纽。关闭闸门,可以拦洪、蓄水,壅高上游水位,满足引水等的需要。开启闸门,可以控制宣泄洪水流量,保证下游河道安全,或根据下游用水与通航的需要,控制放水流量。为使过闸水流平顺,闸址宜设于河段顺直或裁弯取直的地段。节制闸一般采用开敞式,当需要限制下泄单宽流量时,也可采用胸墙式。闸底槛一般采用过闸水流流态比较稳定、泄流能力较大的宽顶堰。这种堰对平原地区上下游水位差较小的水闸尤为适用。合理选择堰顶高程,对闸孔尺寸、河段冲淤变化及两岸上下游连接段的工程量都有影响,需进行技术经济比较后确定。为防止宣泄最大洪水时,上游壅水位过高,影响范围过远,因而增加上游两岸堤防工程量及可能增加泥沙淤积,拦河闸闸孔的过水断面宜与闸址处河道过水断面大体相等或略小。如中国北京三家店引水工程中的拦河闸,闸底槛便采用宽顶堰形式,闸室总宽度与原河道宽度基本相同。
