【国际承包】国际承包工程指一个具有法人地位，从事国外建设项目的公司，在国标市场上通过投标、议标、接受询价和接收委托等多种方式，按照一定的价格条件同筹集资金准备建设一项工程的单位签订合同，取得实施这项建设工程的权力，然后根据合同要求，组织施工，按质、按量、按期完成建设任务，这一整套的过程即为国际承包工程。上述筹资建设的一方称为业主(发包单位)，即受资者。取得实施项目的一方称为承包单位(承包商或承包公司)即投资者，二者是一种投资与受资的关系。国际承包采取的主要形式有:独立承包。即在国际上统称为“交钥匙”项目，承担一个项目的部分工程，与他人合包、包工不包料等。
