输 输 ①运输：灌注。《素问·经脉别论》：“饮入于胃，游溢精气，上输于脾。” ②同“腧”，泛指穴位。《灵枢·经筋》：“治在燔针劫刺，以知为数，以痛为输，名曰仲春痹也。” ③指“五输穴”。即“井、荥、俞、经、合”。《灵枢·本输》：“凡刺之道，必通十二经络之所终始，络脉之所别处，五输之所留，六府之所与合。” ④特指“腧穴”即“五输穴”的。全身十二经各有一“腧穴”。意思是经脉流注，好象水流汇集输注一样。《灵枢·本输》：“病在脏者，取之井；病变于色者；取之荥；病时间时甚者，取之输；病变于音者，取之经，经满而血者，病在胃及以饮食不节得病者，取之合。” ⑤指气血输注的重要腧穴。《灵枢·海论》：“胃者水谷之海，其输上在气街，下至三里。”
