By analyzing the assembly line of a washing machine,a discrete-event simulation model was established by using object-oriented method with eM-Plant software.
以水洗机为实例,分析了水洗机装配生产线的现状,基于传统思想与精益思想,使用面向对象的eM-Plant软件,建立相应的离散事件仿真模型,以产量、在制品和对市场的反应速度为绩效指标,研究和分析模型仿真进行的输出结果,对两种不同思想的生产线改造进行比较,为装配生产线实际改造提供依据。

性质:漂浮于水域中的小型植物,一般指微型藻类。包括淡水中的绿藻、硅藻和海水中的硅藻、甲藻等。多数分布于河流、湖泊和海洋上层。其数量随地理条件、垂直分布和季节变化而明显改变。浮游植物是水生生态系统中的初级生产者,其数量和质量对渔业和水产养殖业有重要影响。当过度繁殖时,淡水中会形成“水华”(以裸藻为主),海洋中则会发生“赤潮”(以甲藻为主),从而造成水质恶化和浮游动物、鱼类等的死亡。
