本论文主要完成了以下几个方面的工作:1)参考大量国内外关于PT及PT功率变换器的学术文献资料,概述了压电材料的发展历史和基本知识,以及压电变压器的工作原理和电路模型,并对PT功率变换器的研究概况,应用范围和存在的问题进行了简单综述;2)根据PT本身的特性以及PT功率变换器的特点,提出了PT功率变换器窄带控制的实现方法,引入了输入匹配网络的概念,并且从理论上证明了输入匹配网络的作用,提出了输入匹配网络的设计方法,完成了计算机仿真和电路实验验证;3)根据PT功率变换器电流环设计的方案,完成了单电压控制和电压电流控制电路的设计和计算机仿真;4)根据150W PT功率变换器的电路结构,提出了电荷泵功率因数校正(CPPFC)电路的设计方案,完成了包括VS-CPPFC,CS-CPPFC,CIC-CPPFC在内的功率因数校正电路的原理分析,电路参数设计,计算机仿真和电路实验验证。
