Since whether troops can be fast transported by railway is decided by many capability factors,railway station insurance,carriage insurance,and supplies insurance are analyzed in the paper,which are the main obstacles to the fast transportation of troops by railway,with solutions to overcoming these obstacles put forward,which may help solve the problems.
